They find a piece of evidence but as they run it through there systems there is no match, soon after another murder is committed the team rush to the scene of the crime after a thorough search, this time they find no evidence at all, the team find they are back to square one. The case goes cold as they start on another murder in a different place but quite a while after another murder is commited and this time the CSI team find some more evidence, this time there is a match, the evidence points to a local man, but the team find out that the man has been set up and that he has an alibi. They found out the man has earlier been targeted by death threats so the team are forced to survey the property till the murderer arrives. The team wait a few days and it is clear that they have been occupied while something else happens. They get a call in that, another murder has been committed so the crime scene investigators have to leave the property to tend to the other scene. They find out that this murder is not like the others as there is no link between them. The team call it a night, one of the CSI goes into town for a few drinks, as he goes down an alley for a short cut, he then gets attacked, the officer manages to break free and hides in waiting, while the criminal runs to try and find him but is dragged to the ground and arrested. The team find out that it is in fact the same person who they were protecting from the death threats and that the man was just using the CSI to use as an alibi while another murder by someone else had happened. The CSI are very pleased they have caught the murderer.

Suggested Elements: The film uses very dark lighting to make the film seem more edgy, it uses quite a lot of special effects.
